A 46-year-old man was rushed to the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre by ambulance Wednesday following a fight on Ville Marie Drive in Marystown.
According to Burin Peninsula RCMP, he was being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police report they discovered four individuals with various injuries when they arrived upon the scene.
The three others were also treated at the hospital in Burin and released.
Two men from Marystown, ages 30 and 27, and an 18-year-old man from Mortier were arrested in relation to the incident. Charges against the trio include assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm.
All three men were released on undertakings and are scheduled to appear at provincial court in Grand Bank to answer to the charges July 30.
