Great efforts are being made to make Springdale safer and more livable for its older citizens.

Life Unlimited for Older Adults (LUOA) and the Town of Springdale are working to be one of 10 communities in the province to receive a $10,000 grant from a new government program that will support initiatives, to make the town a designated age friendly community.
