Dr. Tom Cooper, left and FFAW President Earle McCurdy took part in a presentation in Port aux Basques on April 24 debating the pros and cons of fleet separation policy. The policy prevents plant owners from owning licences, and some say it is time to abandon it in an attempt to breath new life into the inshore fishery.
