KING'S POINT - It was a heartbreaker for the Valmont Academy senior boys volleyball team over the weekend as the local team played South West Arm Academy for the championship game and lost, placing second in the Island Boys Small Schools Volley-ball tournament held at Valmont Nov. 22-24.

Eight schools participated in the tournament, and were divided into two divisions, A and B. In Division A, schools included Valmont Academy, Mary Simms All Grade, Basque Memorial and St. Anne's School.
