Officials are continuing the search for a missing Bay Roberts man this morning (Feb. 18).

With the help of a helicopter provided by emergency services, members of the Avalon North Wolverines Search and Rescue have been getting an aerial view of the community in hopes of finding 37-year-old Andrew Lush.

The helicopter has made several passes, covering from the Conception Bay Highway to the Mad Rock area of Bay Roberts.

While the helicopter has been moving above the search area, members of the Wolverines have been scouring the area of the Cross Roads in Bay Roberts on foot.

The group has also employed the use of an aquatic vehicle and using it to search parts of the shoreline around Moorfrost and the Royal Canadian Legion.

This comes after the Wolverines and members of the Trinity Conception RCMP tirelessly continued the search into the evening hours of Feb. 17.

Lush was last seen at a bar on Water Street early Saturday (Feb. 18).
