NDP leader's town hall tour coming to Central

New Democratic Party leader Lorraine Michael will host a series of town hall meetings across the province later this month.

The MHA for Signal Hill-Quidi Vidi is conducting the meetings to provide residents with more opportunities to share their stories, thoughts and concerns, and in this regard the meetings are being referred to as ‘The Have Province? Do you feel like a have person?’ meetings.

The first meeting will take place Feb. 6 at the Marystown Hotel, from 7-9 p.m.

This will be followed on Feb. 11, from 7-9 p.m., at the Mount Peyton Hotel in Grand Falls-Windsor, and Carbonear at the Knights of Columbus on Feb. 12, 7-9 p.m. 

The tour wraps up in Gander on Feb. 25 at the Joseph R. Smallwood Arts and Culture Centre, from 7-9 p.m.
