Felix Collins is back in cabinet as attorney general, and Terry French was moved to the department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, in addition to his role as tourism minister.
Steve Kent seemingly signaled that he won't be running for the PC Party leadership. He took on the additional role as minister of public engagement, along with his duties as Municipal Affairs Minister.
"My cabinet and I will now continue the work of preparing to deliver a sound and responsible fiscal plan with Budget 2014, which we will present to the people of the province in the upcoming session of the House of Assembly," Marshall said. "I thank members of cabinet and caucus for their support during this transition period."
