Red Shoe Crew Walk for Families

On Sept. 21, 2013, Ronald McDonald House NL will host the first annual Red Shoe Crew Walk for Families event in Springdale. The Red Shoe Crew Walk for families is an important and fun initiative that will help raise awareness and funds to provide a home away from home for sick children and their families. The walk will be followed by a Celebration of Family that includes entertainment, prizes, games and activities and, of course, food and beverages for participants. Over 21 per cent of people living in Newfoundland and Labrador have some form of Arthritis.There are over 100 different types of Arthritis; the most common are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
